He is Turkish, an artist, and he claims to be Adele’s biological father. His name is Mehmet Asar and he says he’s willing to do a DNA test–over and over again, if that’s what it takes–to prove paternity.
According to Asar, he met Adele’s mother, Penny Adkins, in 1987 when she visited a tourist resort and he was her cab driver. The two hit it off and had a beautiful romance. He claims that Penny visited twice, each time for a month. Asar also claims that as he watches Adele’s performances, her mannerisms are just like his.
