why is teen pregnancy a problem?

Teen pregnancy isn’t always a problem. Not all teenagers are at a place to parent though, or even if they are fully capable, decide it’s not what they want for their lives at that time. Teens should be counseled and supported in making whatever decision they feel is best for them and their baby.

They should also receive good prenatal care as there are additional problems sometimes associated with pregnancy in teenagers.
