Teenage pregnancy will most likely never complete stop happening. As long as people are having sex, pregnancy will sometimes happen. And teens aren’t likely to completely stop having sex anytime soon.
So the best way to reduce the quantity of teen pregnancy is through education and access. Teens need to be well aware of how pregnancy occurs and how to attempt to prevent it. They also need easy access to the means in which to prevent pregnancy via birth control and condoms so that if they chose to have sex, they have ways to avoid pregnancy and keep themselves as safe as possible.
