The best way to get healthy for pregnancy is to adopt the healthiest lifestyle you can. This would mean eating a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and a good balance of healthy fats and protein, getting regular exercise, seeing your doctor to make sure there are no underlying health issues you should be aware of, and cutting out unhealthy habits such as smoking or drinking. It’s good to start taking a prenatal vitamin before you are even pregnant, as you want to have good stores of nutrients for when you get pregnant.
