Lacey, born 2007, is a sweet young lady. She longs for a loving forever family. She is bright, ambitious, and determined. She is a girly-girl. She likes all things girly; hair, makeup, nails, and clothes. Lacey would benefit best by a forever family and a forever home where her parent/s show her lots of love, take care of her, be there for her as she navigates the sometimes difficult teenage years.
