Howard from China

Howard's file was prepared in the summer of 2019, when he was 1 1/2 years old. An update request has been made to find out more information about his health and developmental progress. Howard is a happy child. He is reported to like to play chase, play with toys and listen to music. He gets along well with others and although shy, he is energetic and fairly extroverted. He is close to caretakers and his peers. He likes to laugh and interact with others. Howard can stand with support and walk holding onto a railing. He responds to facial expressions, responds to others asking for objects, knows what "No" means and is imitating words. Howard's needs include: skin giant melanin nevus, left lower limb club foot and left lower limb movement disability caused by cerebral palsy. Imaging and a CT were completed in September 2019 and available for file review.
