Irving is an active thirteen-year- old African American male. He is personable, funny and very insightful. Irving makes friends easily and can engage with almost anyone. Like most boys his age, he’s good at playing video games, enjoys watching his favorite TV shows and being outside. Irving has good self-advocacy skills and often helps to advocate for others. He responds well to positive feedback and desires to have an honest connection with people. Although Irving is open in expressing himself, he sometimes struggles with boundaries and will often test the limit of others. Irving needs a loving and committed family to help him reach her full potential. A family that’s flexible, open to developing a trusting relationship and engage in therapeutic services with Irving.
