Akila from Pennsylvania

My name's Akila. I got that name from a book series called, Maximum Ride, by James Patterson, who happens to be my favorite author. In this series the kids all have special powers and abilities. Personally, I have many special powers. One is the ability to see life for how it really is. Another is that I am very bright. I'm the light in the room. Also, I am very fast. I mean I'm not as quick as The Flash but faster than your dad! I had to laugh at that one! It's very true, though. I'm also very creative and have a good eye for drawing. Pretty much, I can look at something and then draw it out on paper. I'm good at singing and dancing. Sports are another area where I do very well. I'm not saying I'm better than other people, I'm just saying that I know I could be better than other people. So, it would really benefit you to come and meet me and maybe let me outrun you with my speed! As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a social worker. Before that, though, I want to go to trade school and learn how to do hair. I like doing hair. I don't do makeup...to be honest, I don't really wear makeup, but I do wear lashes and I do prefer lash extensions. Back to the social worker. I want to be a social worker and work with kids because I know what really goes on and I would be able to better help them. I would be able to influence and persuade kids to do better with their lives. I'm real and I'm blunt...I'll tell you like it is. To do that I know I'd need to go to college. So, as you can tell, I have big plans and ambitions and need the support and guidance of helpful people. As for my interests...well...I love sports and I want to play sports competitively. I used to do cheerleading, softball, soccer, basketball, and that's it. I'm really athletic and a lil' competitive and I can throw a ball, hit a ball, and sense a flying ball from about a mile away from anywhere. Also, I can shoot, "threes", on the basketball court like Steph Curry. I can also kick a ball halfway to the gateway...you can say that I really enjoy sports and they keep me going. I love music. I make my own music and sing too. I like to paint; when I paint, I love to mix the colors. Basically, I like to be moving and active, so it would be great to have an active family with people who want to be active and athletic. Mexican food is my top favorite...a burrito with chicken, beans, and that orange sauce on the top...the taste is FIRE! So, any family or people who are into Mexican food with good chips and good salsa is good with me. Family is very important to me and I need people who will respect my connections. I want to be in touch with my grandmother, my sisters, and my God-mom...I love them all a lot. I am okay with any kind of family composition. Without saying my Zodiac sign, I can admit to being understanding and very outgoing. Oh, and P.S., I'm too funny and you'll never not wanna be around me!
