Ashley from Pennsylvania

Hi, my name is Ashley! I describe myself as honest, caring, quiet, and reserved. Others have described me as protective over the ones that I love. You can find me baking my favorite desserts in the kitchen or loving the pets in the family home. My favorite subjects in school are art because it allows me to explore my creativity and math because we are learning about skills that will help me in the future, such as money management. I do well in school and have adapted to virtual and in-person learning. When I think about my future, I want to become a CNA after high school. I would like a family who would encourage me to reach this goal. One dream is to walk down Main Street in Disney World. My ideal family would consist of a mother, father, and younger siblings, but I am open to all family options. I love children and would enjoy being an older sister for them to look up to. I need a family who will encourage and support me even when I make a mistake. As I stated earlier, I love pets, so a family with animals would be preferred but not required. I would like to stay close to my current home in Central Pennsylvania to maintain my roots in the area where I was born. I would like to continue contacting my birth family after permanency. These connections are critical to me. Parental rights have not been terminated for Ashley.
