Blayne from Pennsylvania

Blayne is a capable and handsome teenager with short, curly brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 5'8? tall, and weighs approximately 149 lbs. Blayne enjoys sports such as basketball, baseball, and soccer. He loves everything related to Halloween, especially ?spooky? things. He is into playing video games and watching videos. He also enjoys superhero movies and cartoons. Some of his favorite shows and characters include: ?Five Nights of Freddy?, ?Super Smash Brothers? and ?SpongeBob.? Blayne also enjoys horseback riding, painting, collecting action figures, riding his scooter, and swimming lessons. He enjoys eating and has a healthy appetite. He is motivated to do things on his own but benefits from close supervision and support with activities of daily living. Blayne can help with chores, prepare his own snacks, and use some appliances independently. Due to Blayne's age, termination of parental rights is not required in order for adoption to occur.
