Dale from Pennsylvania

Dale is a sweet boy who always has a smile on his face! He's polite and personable and enjoys conversations about his school day and his interests. His dream is to become a train conductor, and he can talk endlessly about all his knowledge about Thomas the Train (he's probably his biggest fan!). When the weather is nice, Dale loves to play outside with the neighborhood kids. He enjoys playing all sports, especially football, kickball, and baseball. He wants to join his school's track team when he's old enough. He's a kind boy hoping to find a loving and patient family to be there and help him as he grows up.
