Devon from Pennsylvania

Devon is a caring, sweet, intelligent and playful boy. Devon likes to make people laugh and enjoys spending time with his loved ones. One of his favorite things is his stuffed animal, ?Horsey.? Devon enjoys playing video games in his spare time. He states this is an outlet for him when he is upset. He loves for other people to play with him and enjoy the same activities he enjoys. What makes Devon unique is his perseverance and strength. He does not quit and tries to do the best he can. Parental rights have not been terminated for Devon; however once permanent resource has been identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
