Jack from Pennsylvania

Jack is a happy and cheerful young man who is loving and affectionate. Jack is sure to bring out smiles and laughter when interacting with others. Jack enjoys engaging with his peers and placement staff. Jack has a great sense of humor and loves to nuzzle other people to show affection. Jack especially loves toys that spin and make noise. Jack displays excitement in his daily routine by attending school with peers and supportive adults with whom he has built relationships with. He enjoys being silly and saying, "Boo!" when greeting others. Jack is in need of a family who has the ability to advocate, provide consistent support and structure to help in his development. He will need a caregiver that has the ability to care for him, as well as to assist in maintaining phone contact with his birth family. Due to Jack's age, termination of parental rights is not required in order for adoption to occur.
