Jacob from Pennsylvania

Jacob is a bright, social, and fun-loving child. He has a heart for animals, playing outside, playing video games, and LEGOS. He is very caring and likes spending time with others with whom he feels connected to. He also likes superheroes and playing basketball. Jacob enjoys watching football and his favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. Parental rights have not been terminated for Jacob; however when a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
