James

from Pennsylvania

Meet James and Joshua! James describes himself as quiet, helpful, and caring. He enjoys being outside and watching television. He would enjoy watching scary movies, Christmas movies, and cooking shows with his family. James would also like his family to teach him to cook. He loves eating pizza, pancakes, and mac and cheese. He does not like vegetables. James's favorite colors are blue and orange, and he enjoys listening to rap music. James describes family as understanding, loving, funny, and overall good people. Joshua is a respectful and kind young man, who enjoys hanging out with friends, watching television, and playing sports. He especially enjoys football and basketball. Joshua can also be seen reading a comic book. Joshua mentioned writing his own book about war. He does not have many opportunities to express himself but believes he could be great with the right people in his life. Joshua does not like vegetables, but loves chocolate. If he could pick a restaurant to eat at, he would choose DiBella's subs. If you're wondering, he would most likely order a Philly cheese steak with everything on it. Joshua would love a family who would be active with him and who would take him to church. Joshua sees a family as someone who will do things together, who are helpful, and who are loving. He would also like his future family to sit around a table and talk about their day during dinners. Joshua currently has a permanent connection, with whom he meets every month. He wants everyone to know he is always well-behaved and really enjoys the interaction he gets with his permanent connection. For Joshua's future, he would like to be an actor on TV. He would prefer to star in horror movies. To achieve these goals, Joshua is hoping to take theater classes in school. Unfortunately, these courses are not offered at his current placement. If he were meeting someone for the first time, he would like them to know that he is good at basketball and does well in school. It would be best for James and Joshua to be placed together. Parental rights have not been terminated for James and Joshua; however when a permanent resource is identified the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
