Jay from Pennsylvania

Jay is described as a friendly and kind teen. He is a healthy and active young man. He enjoys leisurely activities such as playing video games, talking with his friends and tossing around a football. He thrives in an environment where he can use arts, music and reading as a form of expression. Jay is working hard educationally so he can reach his short term goal of graduating from high school. He is currently in the 10th grade for the 2020-2021 school year and is working on a hybrid schedule. He is exploring different options for his future endeavors after graduation. Jay has strong ties to his grandmother and one of his brothers that he consistently communicates with and would like to continue building a relationship with. A family will need to be able to support ongoing contact with these important individuals in his life. Parental rights have not been terminated for Jay.
