Jay Hall from Pennsylvania

Jay Hall is an out-going, fun-loving, and humorous teenager. Jay Hall is not the one to sit around, he needs to be doing something. Jay Hall loves being outside and playing basketball or football. Jay Hall is also a very social kid; he loves to be around others cracking jokes to get everyone laughing. When Jay Hall needs some downtime, he enjoys reading books about sports and drawing. Jay Hall has a big heart and cares very much for the people who are in his life. Jay Hall is in high school and is putting his best effort in to finishing high school to attend college. Jay Hall is hoping to go into a medical profession because he wants to help others. To Jay Hall, honesty is the best policy; he thrives when he knows what is happening around him but he also needs someone who will take time and process with him. Jay Hall is looking for someone who will be involved in his life. He needs someone who will be hands-on in helping him make important decisions but can also relax and play basketball with him. Jay Hall is open to both older and younger siblings but would like a space of his own when he needs to unplug. He also does well with pets. Parental rights have not been terminated for Jay Hall; however once a permanent resource has been identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
