Dreams of playing college basketball are high on Jayson's list of goals for himself! Jayson is a determined and driven teen who is motivated to accomplish his goals in life! Jayson has high hopes to attend any of his top 5 dream colleges (Duke, North Carolina, Penn State, Michigan, Clemson) to play basketball! Jayson is looking forward to his upcoming middle school basketball season to continue honing his skills! Another big goal of Jayson's is to find a permanent family! Jayson understands that the support of family will help him reach his goals and help him become a successful adult. He is looking forward to having dinners together, going on vacations, and spending quality time together as a family. Jayson pictures a family who will be in the stands cheering for him at basketball games! Will you be the family chanting ?JAYSON! JAYSON! ? when he scores the game winning basket? Upon meeting Jayson, he is personable and easy to have a conversation with. Jayson describes himself as kind, mature, respectful, and funny. Jayson also takes his appearance seriously, as he describes himself as well-groomed and well-dressed. He takes the time every night before school to pick out his outfits for the next day. Overall, Jayson enjoys attending school and participates in his classes. English, science, and social studies are Jayson's better subjects; however, he admits math is not his strong suit. Jayson understands the importance of school and that it will lead him to achieving his future goals! Overall, Jayson is an easygoing teen, who is open to considering various family types. Jayson is open to having siblings in the home, but would prefer an age gap in order to get the attention and support he deserves. Jayson is great kid who is open to new experiences, as he wants to live with no regrets! He looks forward to sharing new experiences with a family and learning from one another. Parental rights have not been terminated for Jayson; however, once a permanent resource is identified the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
