Jemma from Pennsylvania

Jemma is a sweet and happy little girl! She is a bright and social baby, with a smile for everyone she sees. Jemma is adored by all who meet her! She is very loving and affectionate; she enjoys cuddling with her loved ones. Jemma is a curious baby who loves to explore the world around her! She is learning to crawl and loves to bounce in her bouncer. She also enjoys listening to music, toys that make sounds and light up, and being read to. Jemma is a smart baby who is meeting milestones and growing every day. Jemma is in need of a family able to devote time and attention to her care in order to meet her needs and help her grow and thrive. She has family visitation scheduled in the southeast region of PA, and a prospective family will need to be supportive of her family relationships. Parental rights have not been terminated for Jemma.
