Joseph from Pennsylvania

Joseph is a young man who is described as funny, respectful, and helpful. Joseph loves all action figures, playing basketball, watching TV, and going out to eat. Some of his favorite foods are potato and macaroni salad and especially vanilla milkshakes! Joseph would prefer a home with a mom, dad, and an older brother or sister to talk to. Joseph would do best in a home that can provide patience, structure, and quality time. Joseph looks to the future positively and hopes to find a supportive foster family or adoptive family. Parental rights have not been terminated for Joseph.
