Kevin from Pennsylvania

Kevin is sweet, playful, and full of compassion. He loves to have fun and has lots of joyful energy. Kevin loves food. Some of his favorite foods are salads, vegetables, chips, bread with butter, and cheese. Kevin also enjoys eating crunchy snacks in the afternoon; his favorite is an apple. He enjoys playing outside swinging on the swings and playing on the slides. Kevin enjoys playing with toys that he can spin around with his hands and make silly sounds. He can play with his favorite sensory toys all day and be very happy about it. Kevin especially likes to ride in the car. Car rides can be soothing for him. Kevin is looking for his forever family who is supportive, consistent, committed, and will love him unconditionally. Kevin would benefit from a home that has a male role model, supportive adults, and a lot of structure. Kevin would make a good addition to a family who is willing to put in the time and effort that Kevin needs. Kevin would do best with a family who has experience with children with special needs. Parental rights have not been terminated for Kevin; however once a family is identified the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
