Shelly from Pennsylvania

Shelly describes herself as intelligent, creative, smart, talented, and pretty. She is a resilient teen who enjoys staying out of the drama and focusing on herself and her goals. Shelly is an independent free spirit who has a big heart and a lot of love to give. She has earned the honor roll list for the last two school years and runs on the track team. Anything Shelly puts her mind to, she is determined to get. Her goals are to find her first job, find a family, and stay diligent in track and school. She is bright, ambitious, and friendly, and she is looking for a family to call her own. Shelly is ready to be in a forever home. She is eagerly awaiting the identification of an adoptive family for her. Parental rights have been terminated for Shelly.
