Thomas from Pennsylvania

Thomas is a very engaging young man who is able to advocate for himself with confidence. His favorite colors are blue and green. Thomas is a friendly young man who cares about other people. He enjoys to help those in need. Thomas is intrigued with the military and may seek this as a career path after high school. Thomas enjoys long walks with his older sister and looks to her for advice and reassurance. Thomas would like to have a permanent connection in his life, who would take an interest in his love of deck hockey, video gaming, and all things history. He has expressed a desire to have a permanent connection to support him as he is entering into adulthood and is willing to teach him independent living skills. Due to Thomas' age, termination of parental rights is not required in order for adoption to occur.
