Ashanti from Texas

Ashanti is an energetic, spontaneous, and cheerful young teenager. She laughs easily and loves to joke around with everyone. She likes to do her hair and try out different makeup looks. She cares about her appearance and likes to dress nicely. She loves music and likes listening to a variety of genres like hip-hop and jazz. While she enjoys dressing up, she is not afraid to play rough house with her brothers. She would like to be a police officer when she grows up. She enjoys reading and playing outside. She is a twin sister to her brother Avanti, and they have a very strong bond. They are both close with their older brother, Jaylin. Ashanti often calls them and checks up on them to see how they are doing.

Ashanti would love to have a forever family and would do well with a two parent traditional home, as well as a single mother parent. She is at stage in her development that she wants to identify with a female role model. Her forever family will be active family, with parents that participate in activities outside of the home.
