James is a sweet and loving toddler, who is happy and friendly. He has a contagious smile and enjoys interacting with his caregivers. He expresses himself through smiles and facial expressions. He loves being held and interacting with caregivers and others. He responds to familiar voices and can make some vocalization sounds. He makes himself known through cries and vocalizations to alert his caregivers when he needs assistance, is unhappy, or uncomfortable. He loves to be talked to, held and nurtured by his caregivers. James loves being read to, listening to TV and musical toys. He especially loves being held while being spoken to. He enjoys going to school. He is unable to walk or control his body and uses a wheel-chair for mobility. He is unable to function independently, and requires complete care by caregivers. He is fed and receives medications through a G-tube. James is very lovable and he does respond to his caregivers smiling and talking to him. He loves to interact with the other children and his caregivers. He loves listening to the television when it is playing cartoons or soft music.
