Jayden from Texas

Jayden is very polite and loves to play with Hot Wheels or build Legos. He enjoys jumping rope, playing basketball, and playing board games. His favorite foods are Ramen, pancakes, and apples. He is very well-mannered and kind and has excellent communication skills. Jayden is diagnosed with Autism. He is high functioning and does very well socially, maintaining friendships and enjoying conversation or telling jokes. Jayden loves to use his imagination to play with his peers. He does well in school and makes average grades. His favorite subjects are math, reading, and science. He has no problem vocalizing when he might need help with a problem or subject at school, asking teachers when he needs assistance. Jayden has a big heart and loves to give hugs. Not only is he affectionate, he is very self-aware. Even on challenging days, Jayden understands how to calm himself and how to apologize for things he might have done wrong.

Jayden's forever family will have a mother and a father. He will do well with a strong mother figure. Jayden also desires an older sister, or siblings he can play and have fun with. Jayden would do well with children his age or older. Jayden's forever family will offer affection and affirmation, even when he makes mistakes. Jayden responds well to structure; his forever family will offer patience and praise will maintaining routine and redirection. He would benefit from an active family that can encourage him to participate in activities to improve his social skills.
