Jeremiah from Texas

Ladies and gentlemen, say hello to Jeremiah! He is an active youth who aspires to play in the National Basketball Association one day. He loves sports, especially basketball. He also loves football and most outdoor activities. He yearns to be independent but also desires to be a part of a loving, caring family where he feels valued and wanted. Jeremiah does well in school, but benefits from minimal distractions in his educational environment. He has a very peaceful personality and gets along well with others. He also enjoys playing video games and spending time with other kids his age. One of the quickest ways to Jeremiah's heart is through his stomach. His favorite food is pizza! He would enjoy learning how to cook some of his favorite foods. Jeremiah would like to keep in touch with his sisters, who reside in another state.

Jeremiah's forever family will be ones who have experience caring for teenagers. They will be patient while helping Jeremiah navigate through his teenage years. His family will also have experience with or willing to learn how to assist Jeremiah in addressing his past and looking forward to his future. Jeremiah's family will understand sometimes it takes more than love to overcome obstacles and the change will not be immediate. For Jeremiah to truly bond with his forever family, he will need to feel he is accepted and loved unconditionally.
