Jeremiah describes himself as a fun and caring teen. He is easy to engage with. Jeremiah likes to be outside playing football, basketball and working out. He likes to do bench presses and squats. He also likes riding his bicycle around the neighborhood. His favorite teams are NFL team are Kansas City Chiefs or the Rams. He likes the basketball teams the Atlanta Hawks and LA Lakers. Jeremiah's favorite foods are hamburgers and pizza. He likes watching videos about American History Wars and generals. If he could visit anyplace in the world, he would like to visit California. He enjoys playing Call of Duty or Need for Speed video games. Jeremiah describes himself as a phoenix and will get back up if knocked down. When he grows up, he would like to be a player in the NFL or NBA. Jeremiah can be guarded with his feelings and will need to be encouraged to participate in supportive services to be open and trusting. Jeremiah likes to get his own way and is learning to manage his behavior.

Jeremiah would like a two-parent home consisting of a mom and dad, two moms or two dads. His forever family will provide him with a home that can provide for his physical, developmental, academic and therapeutic needs. He would do well in a home with children his age or older than him. He is open to having a family out of state in any location. Jeremiah's family will provide structure and routine.
