Talon from Texas

Talon is a child who likes to show his bright smile. He responds with a smile and his eyes light up when his caregivers talk to him. It makes him laugh when caregivers raise his arms up and down for him. He enjoys his soothing music when played in a serene, quiet environment. He has teachers who come his home for reading, playing music, and other stimulating activities. He also gets enjoyment out of looking at himself in a mirror placed at his bed side. He loves animals, especially the cat in the home. He laughs hysterically when it sits at the bottom of his bed; he appears to express excitement when he is able to interact with the family cat.

Talon's forever family will need to possess the willingness, skills and ability to provide for and meet his medical needs. His family needs to be patient, compassionate, loving, and be able to provide him with the attention he so needs. A family within Texas will be best due to the hardship of transporting him.
