Marlaysia is known to assist her teacher with passing out paperwork to the students and is willing to do any classroom chores to help out in the classroom. Marlaysia is very resilient and is not shy and will self-advocate. Marlaysia has great attendance at school, she successfully completed middle school and is transitioning to high school. She is a little apprehensive about high school and what it entails, but says she is ready for the challenge. Marlaysia loves to travel and go to places that she has never gone before. While at home, she is very interested in learning to cook and is willing to help clean the kitchen. Marlaysia completes her chores without being told and keeps her room clean.
