Hoping to Become a 1st Time Mom

I appreciate you taking the time to consider me as a future parent to your child, I want you to let me know whatever your needs are so I can help you through this.

I can't wait to be a loving mom to your child, and promise to give him or her the best life I can possibly provide. This is my nephew Omar and I on my brother’s wedding day . I am so lucky he is apart of the family.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and my dreams of becoming a mom, my name is Erin. I want to let you know I respect your courage as you decide what is best for the future of your baby. I acknowledge the emotions you are experiencing as you work to understand your options and develop a plan for you and your baby. If you need me, I would be honored to be there for you. I want you to be assured that if you choose me, I will honor your dreams for your child, be honest and true to you, and your child will be welcomed into a loving and joyful home.

I love children and know that I do not need a blood connection with a child, to love, protect or nurture a child. I will provide a caring/stable home, like the home I was raised. My loving, caring family became bigger with the addition of my step-nephew who was welcomed and loved immediately from age 6. If you should choose me to be the parent of your child, you can rest comfortably and know that I will provide a stable, loving environment for your child. Your child will be raised with compassion and integrity, love and laughter.

About my dream to become a mom and my family and support system!

I love children and am ready in all capacities to offer your child a loving, happy and stable home; emotionally, logistically and financially.

As a family, we get together as often as we can, enjoy family vacations together every summer and all holidays. This was a family vacation we took together in the Outer Banks, NC.
I am a compassionate and driven person with a zest for life and fun sense of humor that I cannot wait to share with a little one.

I have an older brother, Jake. We grew up in Pennsylvania with 2 loving parents, Tony and Bonnie. My brother is married to my sister-in-law, Rita. He has one step-son Omar, although no one even remembers that he wasn’t with our family since birth. My nephew Omar has been an amazing addition to the family, he quickly became our center of attention and loved since he entered our lives when he was 6. The family had many proud moments watching him help his team win the high school Division Football Championship, graduate high school with honors, getting accepted into and graduating from the college of his 1st choice.

My family is tight knit and I also have a large extended family with many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins living throughout Pennsylvania, Colorado, California, Texas, Connecticut and New York. My family, as well as my friend group are all supportive of my adoption plan and ready to unconditionally embrace the newest addition.

I have lived in New York City for the past 10 years, have a successful career as a Merchandising Executive for a Retail Company. I specialize in Baby and Kids Apparel and can’t wait to dress your child in some of our outfits. My career allows me to work in an environment that gives me consistent interaction with baby product and an understanding of accessories and fashions that are important to kids.

I know that going forward my most important job in life will be as a mommy. I am fortunate to work for an employer who is very supportive of working parents, I have a flexible work schedule between both home and office. I plan to balance my flexible work schedule and the enthusiastic assistance of my parents to help with the care in raising a child.

I am lucky to get to play Aunt to many of my cousin’s and friend’s children. It’s a pleasure to be their cheerleader at sport events and birthday parties. I have proudly been with them through skinned knees, tears, laughter, baseball and football games, board games, sleepovers, movies, recitals, campouts, and graduations.

I am so excited to become a parent. I love children and am ready in all capacities to offer your child a loving, happy and stable home; emotionally, logistically and financially.
My Family and Our Traditions

I look forward to creating memories for your child with my interests, while also ensuring I am incorporating new diverse traditions that honor his or her culture and heritage.

Christmas through the years, it is fun traditions embraced by everyone. Santa Hats, Christmas Tree Decorating and the Pickle Ornament Tradition. Keeping it festive and fun.
I look forward to creating memories for your child with my interests, while also ensuring I am incorporating new diverse traditions that honor his or her culture and heritage. I will do everything possible to expose your child to as many things as possible until he or she finds their own special interests and talents.

My interests include family/ friend get togethers, music/arts of all kinds, outdoors, professional sports and traveling. Travel has been a wonderfully enriching part of my life and has provided me with a greater understanding of a world much bigger than me. I have been fortunate enough to travel both internationally and within the United States. It will be so special to travel and share new places, cultures and experiences with your child.

My favorite time of year is Christmas, it is filled with tradition, family and friends. Christmas is yearly visits to the NYC Rockefeller tree and “Friend’s Christmas” gathering with my friends and their children to do a gift exchange.

For Christmas Eve and Day, my immediate family takes this time to be together. Christmas Eve is for decorating the Christmas Tree; Christmas music in the background, the dogs are dressed in their Santa sweaters and we are tripping over each other to put ornaments on the tree. Tradition continues when we each receive one gift to open on Christmas Eve; normally fun pajamas or a comfy sweatshirt for Christmas day.

Christmas morning is the gift exchange and opening of the stocking to see what fun treats and gifts have been tucked away into each of them. Our biggest tradition is the morning pickle ornament hunt on the Christmas tree. My mother hides the pickle and we all hunt for the ornament on the tree. My nephew normally finds it, I have yet to win!!

After Christmas dinner, the day finishes with with visiting close by family and Facetiming the rest of our extended family across the country so we all get to see each other and talk.

My parents are a very important part of my life, as you can tell from my traditions. They live close and will be a consistent part of your child’s everyday life if you so generously choose to entrust me! They are amazing with children. I watched them embrace my nephew Omar, make him part of our family and watched him grow up, I saw them allow children to be silly and serious by making them feel heard and smart. They always have his back, encourage him (and all of us – kids and adults included) - to be ourselves and try new things.

As a family, we get together as often as we can, enjoy family vacations together. My parents are amazing role models, and wonderful grandparents to my nephew and parents to my brother and I. I know they’ll be similarly incredible with your child. They’re up for anything involving travel, fun, and thoughtful – my friends adore them!
Appreciation

I appreciate you taking the time to consider me as a future parent to your child, I want you to let me know whatever your needs are so I can help you through this.

I can't wait to be a loving mom to your child, and promise to give him or her the best life I can possibly provide.
I appreciate you taking the time to consider me as a future parent to your child. I hope I was able to paint a picture of my life and the love, support and home I have to offer. Your child will know your courage and deep love for her or him. I will always be there to wipe their tears, kiss their boo boos, listen and hug tightly. I will teach them to love with their whole hearts, to be honest, and will encourage them to try new things. I will instill confidence and a sense of pride that they are amazing, just as they are. He or she will always know they are loved unconditionally by a village of people. They will live in a home where they always feel safe and accepted. They will grow up knowing I have their back and will support them in achieving their dreams. We will have fun – dance around the living room with loud music, play with animals, have family game nights, be silly and laugh lots!

I am sending you strength during this time, as I recognize how difficult this decision must be. I can give you confidence that I will love your child unconditionally and give them a safe, fun and caring home to grow up in. Family and friends (the family you get to choose) is everything to me! I am lucky to have both a loving family and a large supportive group of long-time friends. My heart is full of love and compassion. I am committed to making sure your child knows where they came from and the respect, gratitude and honor I have for you and your decision. I am eager to get to know you and learn about what your dreams and aspirations are for your child.
