We're Blake and Krista Beard. Thanks for stopping on our profile and getting to know us! We have been married for 16 years, and boy how those years have flown by! It's been amazing! We enjoy being together more than anything else. Together we enjoy going to movies, concerts and comedians, traveling and experiencing new places, going for drives- whether it’s experiencing fall in the mountains or late-night rides to see Christmas lights, working in our yard, streaming a good show in our pj’s on the couch, celebrating holidays- we love decorating our home and enjoying traditions together and with our extended family.

Blake is the best. Everyone that meets Blake, loves him. He has a great sense of humor and loves to make others laugh. He tries to be inclusive and make everyone feel apart and important. Blake has a huge imagination and loves to learn, some of his favorite subjects are: Aliens, Bigfoot, Dinosaurs, and Astronomy. (Most of these subjects go over My (Krista’s) head but I listen to him nerd out about these subjects frequently). Blake loves movies and enjoys adding to his movie collection. He also loves music but is turning into an old man and frequently complains about “music these days”. In the last couple of years, he’s really gotten into baking. He makes amazing breads and bagels. He also got a smoker last year and really enjoys trying new recipes. He is a great brother and has a protective love for his family. Blake connects well with youth and tends to be a favorite uncle and Church leader. Blake is a great husband. He is my safe place and I am very grateful and lucky to have him as my partner in life.

Krista is an extremely sweet, kind, and accepting person!

Krista is an extremely sweet, kind, and accepting person! Although she’s modest, she will occasionally admit that she is the funniest person on the planet! She has a major green thumb and loves to spend time taking care of the flowers in her yard, and she is often complimented on her beautiful yard. Her goal and dream would be to one day live in an English cottage on an animal rescue farm where she has plenty of space for her rescue cows, dogs (especially pugs), and any other kind of animal that needs to be rescued. Krista has a keen eye for design and has a love and passion for classic architecture. Her vacations usually must include a tour of an historical mansion where she can bask in the beautiful architecture. Krista loves an ice-cold Coke Slurpee and a solid true crime TV show or documentary. Krista is kind, and caring and she has an amazing ability to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease. If you’re ever having a hard day, Krista will 100% make it better! I could never imagine a better wife, partner, or friend to be with.

Teddy is a master at relaxing!
Teddy is a very important part of our family. We adopted him about 2-1/2 years ago. While we’re not exactly sure, we think he’s about 10 years old. Teddy is the laziest and sweetest boy, you’ll ever meet. He enjoys lounging around the house (in one of his 5 beds), car rides, and on very rare occasions he enjoys a stroll (mosey) around the neighborhood where he is basically a celebrity and has had many cars stop to see how cute he is. We are grateful he is a part of our family.
