Jasmine from Pennsylvania

Jasmine is a motivated teenager with a big heart for others. She does well in her schooling and enjoys being on the dance team. In her free time, she likes doing hair and might want to become a cosmetologist one day. Jasmine likes hanging out with her friends and listening to music. Parental rights have not been terminated for Jasmine; however once a permanent resource is identified, the county will enact final steps to terminate parental rights.
