Victor from Pennsylvania

Victor is a very affectionate, creative, and energetic boy. He loves Sonic, drawing, and playing with Legos. He is incredibly imaginative! He can take ?simple? items and turn them into his own creation. For example, he was doing an activity that involved popsicle sticks and he immediately said, ?these can be used to move dolls!? He really likes marionette puppets. He also has a Pinocchio stuffed toy that is his favorite. He has been enjoying Thomas the Train themed toys. Victor enjoys having new visitors and loves soaking up attention when he can. Victor claims to not be a picky eater because he is a "really hungry boy." Victor likes to be around other people and pets, especially when he can soak up the positive attention. He is still trying to find his way in this world and tries to do so by connecting with those around him. Parental rights have not been terminated for Victor.
